Food
BRC Global Food Standard Issue 6 internal auditor training
This two-day course will fullfil the requirement to have trained auditors to carry out BRC internal audits. The course includes a full exploration of the differences between Issue 5 and Issue 6, and an actual audit of selected elements of the food safety management system.

HACCP Implementation for managers
This one-day course equips your managers and HACCP team members with the necessary tools for maintaining the system.

Basic Hygiene for Food Handlers
By law all food handlers must receive training in hygiene. This course covers all the necessary aspects of food hygiene appropriate for food handlers.

Hygiene inspection
This one-day course specifically addresses the methology for assessing physical conditions in the food processing and handling areas.

Supplier auditing
This one-day course equips participants to carry out on-site audits of key suppliers, based on the supply specification and contract between the parties.

Quality
ISO 9001 internal auditor training
This is a two-day course that focuses on a real audit carried out by the participants. It therefore benefits the company doubly, as both an audit and a training course.

General
Trainer skills
